Ingredients
1 lb Salmon (preferably wild)
1 1/2 tbs Paul Prudhomme Salmon Seasoning
1 tbs Butter
2 Baking Potatoes
8 oz sour cream
1 bag of salad
1 tomato
4 tbsp salad dressing
Instructions
Preheat grill to high. Melt butter in microwave for 15 seconds. Brush salmon with melted butter, sprinkle seasoning on top of salmon (can substitute seasoning for salt, pepper, brown sugar; tsp of each). Wrap salmon in foil, throw on grill; direct heat; medium-high (400-450) for 7-10 minutes. Scrub potatoes with water, poke holes with fork, put in microwave for 12-15 minutes, flipping half way through. Chop tomatoes, place in bowl with salad, add dressing. Remove salmon from grill, place on plate with potato, serve.
