Ingredients

3/4 lb lima beans
3/4 lb northern beans
1 can tomato sauce
1 tbsp crushed peppercorn
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 meaty ham bone
1 onion
1 tsp dry mustard
1 large potato

Instructions

Follow instructions for quick bean preparation.  Pour out some water, replace with ham broth.  Add meaty ham bone and spices and cook for 1 hour 20 minutes.  Pull out ham bone and remove ham, add to soup, add additional ham if necessary.  Add potato and onion and cook for another 1 hour 20 minutes.
